📦 Shipping & Delivery Timeline

From order to doorstep: 10–15 business days total.

Here's why — and what happens behind the scenes:

Every piece is made from scratch, just for you.
Unlike mass-produced products, your moon phase art is handcrafted after your order is placed — cut, assembled, and inspected by hand before it ever leaves our studio. That takes time, and we believe it's worth it.

We know waiting can be hard. That's why we send you a tracking number the moment your order ships, so you always know where your piece is.

💡 Ordering a gift? We recommend placing your order at least 15 days before the occasion to ensure it arrives on time.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Because every piece is custom-made just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect date or name entered by the customer
• Change of mind after the order is placed
• Personalized or custom items (moon phase art, date frames, etc.)

We do accept returns or offer replacements if:

• Your item arrives damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item due to our error

To report an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

1. Your order number
2. A photo of the item and packaging

We'll make it right — that's our promise.
