Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time Every piece is handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 5–10 days for production (including weekends) before your order is dispatched.

Shipping Time Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days via USPS.

Estimated Total Delivery Time Most orders arrive within 15 days from the date of purchase. This is an estimate and not a guarantee, as delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Delays Creation Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office first. If the issue remains unresolved, email us at yic39763@gmail.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
