Thank you for shopping with Creation Atelier. Every piece is handcrafted and made to order. Please review the timing below before placing your order.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. Standard shipping is free.

Production time

Please allow 5–10 days, including weekends, for us to create and prepare your personalized piece before dispatch.

Shipping time

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days via USPS. Most orders arrive within approximately 15 days of purchase, but this is an estimate rather than a guarantee.

Tracking

We will email your tracking number when your order has been dispatched.

Delays

Weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control can occasionally delay delivery. If a significant delay affects your order, contact us and we will help you review the available tracking information.

Lost or missing packages

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, first check around the delivery location and contact your local post office. If the issue remains unresolved, email support@theoriginalcreation.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
