At Creation Atelier, every piece is handcrafted and personalized to your specific date. Because each item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse or incorrect information provided at the time of purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at yic39763@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Incorrect Orders If we made an error on your order (wrong moon phase, wrong date), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will remake and reship your item at no charge.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Customer provided incorrect date or details at checkout
- Change of mind after the order has been placed
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
